PALLETS / BOXES / BIG BAGS

Loading pallets, stacking boxes, transporting big bags, transfering boxes...... no problem with the Hauer implements.

Pallet Fork - PG

The pallet fork is a very efficient implement for multi-purpose use.

Further information ...

The Hauer pallet fork is equipped with high-quality, forged tines in various lengths to meet all requirements. For precise adjustment of the tines the fork carriage and the locking recesses are milled. The pallet fork and all other Hauer implements are available with the well-proven Hauer hooks or Euro hooks, but are also available for different loader makes and models including wheeled, skid-steer and compact loaders as well as telehandlers.

The pallet frame is optionally available with ISO-FEM II tines holder.

For 3-point attachment

Furthermore the pallet fork can be ordered for attaching with 3-point.

Heavy-duty pallet fork - ISO FEM III B

The Hauer heavy duty pallet fork with ISO FEM III B tines holder is available in different sizes up to 5000 kg carrying capacity.

Further information ...

The heavy-duty pallet frame can be ordered in 3 different widths (1300, 1500, and 2000 mm) and can be combined with different tines from 1100 up to 2200 mm with different carrying capacity.

Big-Bag-Lifter - BBL

The Hauer – Big-Bag-Lifter was especially developed for the attachment and transport of Big-Bags with one or more loops.

Further information ...

The Big-Bag-Lifter has one vertical standing arm with a left bended hook at the end. This curvy shape facilitates the view on the top to easily put up Big Bags, especially when using a telescopic loader. A high load capacity ensures the transport of large Big-Bags too. The coupling plates are screwed on the frame and can be therefore changed very quickly and with low effort.

The advantages at one glance

  • good view of the top of the hook by bent shape
  • putting up and putting down of Big Bags without getting off the tractor
  • screwed coupling plates for quick change

Mounted stacker 1700 POM - AS

The mounted stacker from Hauer increases the lift height of your front loader by up to 1.7 m for operating a pallet fork or an aerial work platform.

Further information ...

The mounted stacker is made up of an external and an internal mast and offers infinitely variable height control from a double-acting lift cylinder. With a payload as high as 1000 kg, the stacker lifts even very heavy loads to its maximum height. The stacker is supplied with a tipping damper that is installed in the loader’s crowding line for controlled unloading. The 1300 m wide pallet frame allows operators to extend the fork width in 100 mm increments from 300 mm to 1100 mm.

Options include an adapter for mounting a safety cage to the stacker for municipal applications, for example. The adapter provides the required precision-fit connection between the cage and the stacker. Another option is a tap in the lifting line to control the lift and lowering rates.

The extremely resistant 2K two-stage paint coat offers superb protection from corrosion and can be refinished in the course of a long service life.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.

Pallet fork with hydraulic lateral adjustment - PG-H

This pallet fork enables to shift the tines hydraulically either to the left or to the right in a very easy and comfortable way.

Further information ...

The pallet frame width is 1300 mm and can be shifted 200 mm to the left or to the right. Therewith either the tines can be brought quickly into a closer position to the pallet or box or the load can be shifted to the side.

The pallet fork with hydraulic lateral adjustement is available with 960, 1100 or 1200 mm tines.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.

Pallet Fork with holding down device - PG-N

The pallet fork with hydraulic holding down device is mainly used for loading bulky material, as for example log wood, or for fixing pallets from above.

Further information ...

The opening and closing angle width can be adjusted twice and the holding down device can be demounted by four locking pins. The pallet fork with hydraulic holding down device is available with 3 different tine lengths: 960, 1100 or 1200 mm.
The pallet fork is also available without the holding down device, but with the preparation for it.

Parking device

There is an optional parking device available for the cylinders, in case the holding down device is demounted.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.

Pallet Fork with rotating device - PG-D

This pallet fork is a special implement for emptying boxes and containers.

Further information ...

The tines are adjustable and can be fixed. The pallet frame width is 1300 mm and can be rotated 160° to the left and 160° to the right.

Im combination with the universal box holder, boxes can be emptyed easily sidewards so that the box is not tilting.

Optional universal-boxholder

When emptying boxes sidewards, the universal box holder makes sure that they don't tip over. The arms of the box older can be adjusted in range of 1000 to 1500 mm, so that different sizes of boxes can be held. The arm length is 700 mm.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.

Pallet Fork with folding tines - PG-K

For more safety in traffic, Hauer offers pallet fork tines for folding.

Further information ...

For maximum safety, the pallet fork with 1100 mm tines is optional also available with folding tines. The tines can be easily and simply folded upwards via a quick release for road transport. This considerably minimizes the risk of injury in traffic.
