The sturdy down holder is equipped with sickle-shaped tines and strong hydraulic cylinders alike with the silage grab. This enables an efficient removal of silage and an optimized bucket volume.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.

Bale Fork - BTG 4

Especially suitable for transporting hay-, straw- or silage bales.

further information ...

The two spikes are controlled by a double-acting cylinder and open to variable widths of 660 mm to 1560 mm, enabling fast handling of bales of common sizes.
The unit is supplied with standard quick-fit rollers that rotate around the spikes for gentle handling and protection of film wrap. With spike length restricted to 1050 mm, the handler will not damage other bales in the stack.

A combined 3-point/Euro mount is an option for easy attachment to different loaders without tools. An equaliser bar is an option that keeps the arms synchronised in movement and an optional check valve secures the fork in transport position for safe travel on public roads.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.

Silage Bale Tong - SBZ-915

The silage bale tong was developed for the transport of round bales with a diameter from 950 - 1500 mm.

further information ...

The design of the SBZ-915 enables optimal handling of silage bales.
The shut-off valve is included in the standard scope of supply and guarantees a perfect hold of the silage bales.

Optional 3-point mount

The SBZ 915 is also available with 3-point mount. The attachment points are serially available on the frame (from construction year 08-2013) and can be refitted on existing tongs.

As an alternative attachment version there is also an assembly kit for the simultaneous use of 3-point and SWE-Euro mount, or 3-point and SWE-B Hauer mount available. With a few steps you can easily adapt the silage gripper tong either on the front loader or on the rear and front linkage.

A parking prop which can be folded upwards is included in the delivery scope. This helps mounting and dismounting the tong very comfortably.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.

Round Bale Tong - RBZ-919

By applying a special RBZ Kinematic, the round bale tong has a larger opening width and can be used for the transport of round bales with a diameter from 900 to 1900 mm.

further information ...

The RBZ-919 has a very sturdy design. The integrated shut-off valve for the cylinder makes sure the bales are firmly held. The silage bale tong is equipped with big dimensioned bearings with changeable bronze bushes.

In order to use the tong also with smaller 1500 mm bales, the opening width can be reduced very easily without the use of any additional tools.

Well-thought out RBZ Kinematics

The grippers do not turn around one single point, but are moving over a connecting rod and perform a kind of gripping motion. This is done in a range from 900 to 1900 mm.

Use with wheel and telescopic loaders

Because of higher system hydraulic pressure, a pressure relief valve for the cylinders has to be mounted. Fiiting coupling plates are available on request.
